  6. I eat them, but not too many a day. Half of one is best for me. The greener they are the better. They can have too much sugar for my diet.

  12. Tanza, We probably both eat an average of 2 bananas a week. While they do have some positive health benefits, there are several negative effects that can result from eating too many of them.
