one can avoid to consume eggs in many forms of dishes in our daily
live. Some of egg dishes are

many people worry with cholesterol in the eggs. Yes,
chicken eggs are high in cholesterol,
and might relate to heart diseases. Do
you know that cholesterol is important to our body as well?
Cholesterol
is important to make
hormone
called cortisol and testosterone. Both are masculine
hormones.
Our
body organ, liver produces
cholesterol daily, thus if we consume cholesterol rich foods such as
eggs, the liver will reduce cholesterol production to
the level of necessary for body needed.
In
addition to cholesterol, egg contains “choline,” a chemical
compound to
maintain our brain cells in healthy condition. Eggs help brain
cell membrane strength, thus brain live longer.
How
many
eggs should we eat per-day? Experts
suggest no more than 3 eggs per-day
for normal people.
But,
one only for diabetic patients.
