Jogging is Better than Running for Health

Some people, some time, confuse a different between jogging and running. We call jogging if we have a small run with less than 6 mile per-hour (mph). But, greater than 6 mph is said as a running. Some people consider speed higher than 4 mph but lower than 6 mph as jogging, but less than 4 mph as fast walking. ………………………………………………………..
