      The caffeine is a potential substance to regulate body weight via thermogenesis, fat oxidation, and energy intake (Harpaz et al, 2017)
      A clinical trial with 64 obese women that consuming green coffee extract with diet restriction shown the significant decrease in the body weight, body mass, and waist-to-hip circumference ratio (Haidari et al, 2017).
      The caffeine inhibited fat deposition by inhibiting the mRNA expression of transcriptional factors and adipogenesis which related to enzymes enhancing the protein expression of lipolysis in the presence of NA in 3T3-L1 cells (Zhu et al. 2017).
      C. elegans has fat regulatory pathways that are similar function in mammals (Lemieux & Ashrafi, 2015).
      Pu-erh tea which is a post-fermentated tea decrease fat storage in C. elegans (Dinh et al., 2015).
      Caffeine stimulates activation of autophagy lysosomal pathway that effect in lowering hepatic lipids metabolism (Sinha et al, 2014).
      Specific visualization of fat deposition in live C. elegans using Third-Harmonic Generation (THG) microscopy is developed as complement of staining methods (Tserevelakis, 2014).
